Korea Electronics Distribution & Consulting, a company specializing in commercial food waste disposers, has launched a new product, the Dajjanda-1230HS, a commercial food waste shredder that discharges large amounts of food waste from supermarkets, kimchi factories, food companies, large restaurants, and hotels.

The new product launched this time significantly reduces food waste from 1 to 2 tons per hour by 60 to 70 percent. As a result, it is expected that it will play a significant role in preventing economic losses by reducing emissions costs at the same rate.

According to the Waste Management Act, food grinders only discharge less than 20% of solids, and the rest must be recovered and discarded as food waste.

Dajinda-1230HS extracts food waste to comply with the law and reduces emissions by crushing, pulverizing, and compressing the residue.

In addition, the company announced that it has actively responded to safety issues with food appliances by installing safety caps to reduce risk exposure in accordance with the recent Serious Accident Act to help ensure worker safety.
